Managing redundancy

Ensuring that redundancy exercises – large or small – are fair, comply fully with the law and treat all employees with dignity and respect. We design the programme, manage communications, brief managers, and plan collective and individual consultations.  Our experience includes restructuring and redundancy programmes in France, Germany and other continental European countries.

Relocation

Knowing how to plan and implement the transfer of operations (production and services) to a new location. We manage all the people aspects to ensure minimum disruption while essential production and services are maintained.

Programme management and communications

Planning, resourcing and controlling large transformations programmes; managing communications; setting up programme offices and supporting governance structures. We supply interim managers to provide additional support when required.
