We have built strong partnerships with companies in most manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. Many of our clients are large multinational businesses but we also work for mid-ranking publicly-quoted, private companies and smaller organisations. Sometimes we are introduced to a business by the venture capital company that has invested in it. And the skills that we have acquired in the private sector are also appreciated by new clients in public and not-for-profit organisations. We have completed major reviews of costs, processes and people in large government departments, and restructured non departmental public bodies.

A consistent theme in Collinson Grant’s work is the longevity and breadth of our collaboration with clients. We are privileged to know many enterprises well and their managers even better.   • 16 - had been clients for more than twenty years
  • £76 million - was the largest cost saving achieved with a single client
  • 10 : 1 - is the minimum return we expect clients to show from investing in our services
  • 18% of our work arose from relationships with non-executive directors or external investors
  • 7 - major American and Canadian firms use our support in their European operations.
