Sustaining long-term, successful partnerships with large companies has been a hallmark of our approach for many years. From its origins in 1985, Westminster Health Care has grown to become one of the major providers of high-quality health care services to both the private and public sectors in the United Kingdom. We have been supporting its managerial team since the business was founded.
Almost one hundred sites, throughout the UK, provide care to older people
and others with specialist needs. In order to maintain the company’s high standards
of respect, privacy and independence to everyone who needs its care, it has
been essential to maintain a consistent approach to the way that employees
are managed.
Our support has centred on providing managers, based at widely dispersed locations,
with timely advice on how to deal with day-to-day employment situations.

As Westminster Health Care has grown the business has, from time to time, called on our other consultancy resources. Our work has included advising on restructuring, analysing the costs and efficiency of suppliers, and relocating head and regional office functions.
