Working at Collinson Grant

Most of our work is delivered by fulltime staff but we also use associates on certain assignments.


Employees

As a guide, we consider candidates for permanent positions who:

  • have held a key managerial or director's job in a large blue-chip company or department of central government
  • are able to form lasting relationships with top managers
  • have a good first degree and probably a further qualification
  • have proven skills in restructuring, improving performance, streamlining the supply chain, and introducing financial and managerial controls, and in managing human resources
  • are strong and persuasive presenters.
Experience as a management consultant is helpful but not always essential.

Associates

We aim to build long-term relationships with people who can support our work on an associate basis. Our needs can change quickly depending on the requirements of clients. We are interested in consultants with more than five years’ experience and proven skills in:

  • operations and improving performance in manufacturing and services
  • financial and managerial controls
  • human resources, reward and employee relations
