Collinson Grant is a management consultancy serving clients throughout Europe, in
the United States and worldwide. We work with managers to restructure, merge acquisitions,
cut costs, restore profitability, introduce lean operations, streamline supply chains
and manage people better. Our consultancy skills and diverse experience help us to achieve
successful results in demanding situations: restructuring complex businesses; turning
round performance in struggling firms; improving efficiency in the public sector;
or securing better returns from investments.
Some of the companies that we first worked for thirty years ago are still our clients.
Our ambition remains to create the conditions for sustained improvement in their
financial results. Because we know our clients well we are not afraid to give bad
news or champion ideas that might not be welcome. Taking time to understand managers’
day-to-day concerns helps us to secure their trust and commitment to action. Some

Our emphasis is on results and value-for-money. We expect to give a first class
return on the investment in us. So we do not recommend action unless we are sure
that the outcome will be worth it. The enduring partnerships we have formed with senior
people have helped us to prosper in challenging economic circumstances and grow
stronger when times are better. Our people
are drawn from diverse backgrounds, but all are comfortable operating at a senior
level.
The restructuring of large enterprises is one of our core competences but we offer
many other managerial skills. Our work is varied because it takes place in many
different locations and for many different types of organisation. It can range from
giving advice to a senior manager for a short period, managing a reorganisation
over several months or taking full executive responsibility for an operational division.
